Tiring Weekend

This weekend is unlike usual, where usually Saturday and Sunday are the time for me to relax, sit down or lying down at some places, enjoying the air-con, which I always enjoy. How come leh?

Well, Saturday, I went for my IPPT test, which active NS men need to take during their one year window break, which they must clear the day before their next birthday. For me, I managed to attain silver. I just checked the NS website and compared with my last year IPPT results, and not only I improved from pass to silver. I managed to achieve improvements in all the 5 stations. I think the difference is due to having that extra belief, to really believe and really works towards what you desires. Next year IPPT will be more relaxing for me, since I passes 25 years of age, and all the 5 stations will be easier, so of course I will be more confident to achieve silver. But I know the importance of exercising and maintaining a fit and healthy body.

Saying of exercising, just came back from a badmintion and basketball session with some of my church friends. Got Jeremy, Vino, Xuiwen, Sikai, Tiong Kun, Samuel, Guru and the W16 young fellows. And has to say Dominic is a very skilful badminton player. With all the energy and determination I had, I still lost out to him. Well, has to admit he is a better badmintion player than me. Had quite a few good badminton games with a lot of the rests also. Then after that played a few basketball games. My form during then was quite okay lah.

During the session, we still managed to find time to celebrate Eunice's birthday. Well..... we ate out a 1.5kg of chocolate cake among us and also gave Eunice a birthday present and quite glad that she was happy for the celebration we had planned for her.

My work is ending soon as the beginning of July I have to get back to school to study. I am quite glad to has this job during the holiday. This weekend is tiring but is enjoyable. Me trying to sleep early today. Have to go.

My Holiday Break

Well, this is supposed to be holiday time.. but work is much more busier than dealing with studies. Time is quite limited so i shall write a short blog entry and a quick recap of the past few weeks..

June 1 was cell group outing. Me, Jasmine and Junguo were the game organizers, and we really put in much effort for the games. The weather that day was very good and sure we had a great time.

A few days later, i got back my exam results. Had been waiting very eagerly and my results have been satisfying for the hard work i had put in the past few months.

During the thursday of that week, I played badminton with my classmates, and had a good session of exercising my body.

Just the last Saturday and Sunday was the Neo Camp. Had a good bonding with members from E376, they are nice and friendly fellows, and also with Samuel and Vino. But the exercises were quite tiring and my muscles still ache at the time of blogging. But really, I enjoyed the camp. So, that is all folks. Sorry for the short entry, really tired. Tomorrow still has to work, has to get sufficient rest, I shall blogs on another day.

It's Vesak Day

Well, today has a very good sleep.. It is good to replenish myself for a better new day.. Well, today meet Vino to Bugis. Meet her in the afternoon. We go there to take neo-prints cards.. Taking neo-prints cards are not cheap, but still for the sake of remembrance we still go and take it.. Here is it..

After that, we went to buy a birthday present for a friend of mine, as well as going for some shopping at Bugis Street.. Later we go to the Food Junction at Bugis Junction. The new Food Junction is much cosier than before, and there got plentiful food selection to make. So I have a tough time deciding what food to eat.. I will definetely be going back there to eat again some other day. It is a good day for me, but a bit tired.. Has to rest soon, tomorrow, is back to work for me. Will be looking forward to weekends.

Life during the school holidays

Well, my exams have been over for more than a week already, and in the middle of the night, i finally has the time for blogging stuffs... these few weeks have been exhausted and i glad that it is Vesak Day, which means i no need to work today.. After my exams are over, the next day i get back to work in my previous company. Despite the tiredness, i am still glad to get back to office, not because i miss my work, but to seeing back some of my colleagues. It is awesome going back to an old place where i has spent 10 months and countless night slogging so hard.. However, has to say that life in school is always more relaxing than life as a working adult. But whether in my work-place or in school, I glad that there are always friends i look forward to seeing..

The morning I just go for sunday church service, havent go for sunday service for many months already.. I reach expo early but Des is even more earlier than me... Church service talks about the importance of prayer time. After service, went to has lunch with Des at the food court at Simei and has a great chit-chat session with her. After that, went back home. Nowadays, my best relaxation activity is staying at home and play PSP, it is a cool form of relaxation. Well, everything is doing fine for me in my life and i cant ask for much more.. Just hope that weekend can be long, resting has never been enough for me.

Tight but enjoyable week

Well, i just now go and watch a singing competition (semi-finals) that Jasmine took part and happy that she managed to get into the finals. But i am quite amazed by the depth of talent. Look like it is going to be a tough fight for her but i got confidence in her.

Hmmm.. these days really busy, so i write only a bit. Monday go celebrate Felicia's birthday at my favourite hang-out place at Pitstop cafe. Really joyful to see her and Esther... remember the time where i always have lunch with them and Jeremy and Darryl during lunch-break. Time flies by... She and Esther always bring joy whenever i see them. Nowadays doesnt see them much but wish them well all the times. And this week happen to see Jeremy a few times. Great hang-out place with great friends, well, life is joyful because of these happy moments together, nothing much to complain about... Enough talk, really has to get back to my life as a student, these few weeks will be keep occupied with school-works. Below is the photo taken together at Pitstop cafe.

I really really like this song a lot. Has replay this song a few times and doesnt get tired of it... This song is nice and sweet and the whole lyric is very meaningful. Hannah Montana has an attractive voice and I like the rhythm also. Hope u all like this song also.

Great Chalet

I have just come back a while ago from a chalet. Well, this chalet is not like usual, becos it consists of a big group, think probably had 50-60 plus people going. Well, this is a chalet organized for my whole lecture class. Actually at the beginning, the response was not very good, but the chalet has been a success to eventually get this much people attending. My hangout mates at first not coming, but in the end most of them also came, so is quite happy for me.

The whole chalet was quite interesting. After having our fill of bbq, we played the amazing race. But the biggest achievement of course is getting to know a lot of my lecture mates, really great! I really have fun there. Here is a photo taken at the chalet:
