Transformers - Truly a Classic Hit

I had been anticipating this movie since the beginning of the year. Having been a great fan of this animated series since I was still a small kid. At then, I dun't know much about the story, just liked to see the good robots, so called Autobots, especially Optimus Prime and Bumble Bee (my favourite character) emerging victorious against the evil Decepticons, lead by Megatron. The bad guys alway seemed so powerful as compared to the kind Autobots, yet in the end, it is always the good guys, oops should be good robots, who win the battle.

Yesterday, met up with some guys, my usual hangout mates, Christopher, Junguo, Tiong Kun and Lionel, to watch this highly-anticipated film. We had actually planned to watch at The Cathay Cineplex, but there were only 4 seats remaining whereas there were 5 of us. So, me and Christopher walked all the way to Shaw House but the screening time was too late. I went to Bugis Junction Golden Village to check and was told that there was no screening of Transformers. Time was not early anymore and I started to panic. Also, had to mention that I coincidentally bumped into Jeremy and it was nice of him to accompany us even through he was too tired to watch the movie with us. I decided to go Suntec City movie theatre and whatever the outcome, we called it a day there. Fortunately, we managed to get a right timing there to watch Transformers.

This movie surrounded a high-school boy by the name of Sam Witwicky. Upon getting good grades and saving some money, his father agreed to pay partial amount to buy him a car. The car was quite old-fashioned and it appeared to be Bumble Bee, who was his guardian. Bumble Bee and his teammates had come to prevent the Decepticons from getting a special energy-giving cube. The bonding between Sam and Bumble Bee was very strong, which made this movie very touching. The action part was very thrilling and the CG screens are flawless. The ending was quite nice where the Autobots remain on earth as vehicles, protecting mankind. I rates this as the best movie I has seen so far for this year. It is up to "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix " to challenge it.

Here are the pictures captured from this movie ~ enjoy
